What's important about the CPA? We are convinced that the key to building greater and safer communities is to focus on the people being affected first, then focus on the problem.

- We make commitments with care, and then live up to them. In all things we do, we do what we say we are going to do.
- Clarity in understanding our mission, our goals, and what we expect from each other is crucial to our success.
- We can generate greater appreciation and loyalty from all of our friends and clients by educating them about crime and violence, the criminal justice and legal system, and the beauty of life!

Our Purpose
The CPA's main purposes is to:
- To enable America's youth to play and have unlimited fun without being kidnapped or harmed by anyone or anything;
- To improve America's communities by preventing crime and strengthening programs; and
- To make Americans lives free of violence and haterism.
Our Ranges of Services & Target Populations
The CPA, mostly targets neighborhoods that have very high crime rates but, we want to reach out to all populations we possibly can. Crime can affect anyone, and come across anyone at anytime.
